By booking a workshop, course or talk with Eye To Pencil you will be accepting following Terms and Conditions (Please read through the terms and conditions carefully before enrolling):
All places are allocated on a first come first served basis. Payment needs to be made upon booking. Students must be 18 years of age at the time of booking.
While we endeavour to deliver all our courses, workshops and talks on time and as advertised courses, workshops and talks are subject to change and cancellation without notice. Teachers are subject to change without notice.
Eye to Pencil Limited is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
Eye to Pencil Limited will only offer refunds for courses where the teaching day is changed. Eye to Pencil will not otherwise offer refunds, extensions or compensation.
Eye to Pencil Limited has the right to refuse entry at any time and reserves the right to deny booking any student or to remove any student immediately from a course in line with our Safeguarding Policy. In the event that a student is removed from a course a refund for remaining sessions will be issued.
You agree that you follow all safety instructions and studio rules given by Eye to Pencil drawing teachers and you acknowledge that any failure by you to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury for which you will be liable.
Eye to Pencil Limited is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. You will need to give 14 days notice before the class or workshop begins to receive a full refund; if you give notice up until 7 days before the class or workshop begins we will refund 50% of the full fee minus a £25 administration fee. No refund is available once the course has started. You can request that your booking is transferred to another student.
Eye to Pencil Ltd is under no obligation to provide an additional course, workshop or talk if a student misses one. We are unable to transfer courses, workshops or talks to another date.
All Eye to Pencil Limited courses, workshops and talks are photographed for reference and for marketing the studio and its courses and talks for the public. The images are for commercial use and may appear on our website, in email newsletters, on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), in our printed and digital materials including brochures, leaflets, print and online adverts, posters and outdoor adverts, in materials sent out to the media, in fundraising materials or in reports to funding bodies and in other marketing activity not listed here. Please note that some materials may be used for international marketing campaigns. If you would not like to be included in the photographs taken during the course, please inform us by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Unless otherwise indicated, Eye to Pencil Limited owns all copyright of the material on the Website. All registered or unregistered trademarks used on the Website are the property of their respective owners.
All copyright, data, text, software, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces, photographs, and other intellectual property (Content) on the Website is owned, controlled by, or licensed to Eye to Pencil Limited . By booking a workshop, course or talk with Eye to Pencil you automatically agree to the above terms and conditions.
At the time of booking a certain amount of personal data is collected by Eye to Pencil. This is for the purpose to carry out administrative functions (booking courses and talks, taking payments, or changes to the date and cancellations) and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including health & safety and safeguarding. We will also ask to confirm that you are over the age of 18 when you attend a course or a talk.
How We Use your Contact Information
When first registering either online, or at the studio, you will be asked to sign a disclaimer. In doing so you are agreeing to your email and phone number being used by Eye to Pencil to inform you of class changes, service updates directly relating to the course or talk that you have booked.
You may, of course, decline to submit your email and phone number to Eye to Pencil, which in some cases may mean that Eye to Pencil is not be able to provide certain services to you. An example of this would be course or talk cancellations - if you have opted out of receiving schedule updates, we will not be able to inform you in the rare event that we need to alter a course or talk.
